Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Printer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing machinery, ensuring that all printed materials meet quality standards and deadlines. This role requires technical accuracy, time management, and a strong eye for colour and detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor digital, offset, or large-format printing machines.
• Set up print jobs according to specifications, including paper type, ink levels, and finishing requirements.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure prints meet colour and layout standards.
• Maintain and clean printing equipment, performing minor repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure consistency and timely delivery.
• Manage print materials inventory and report stock shortages.
• Follow all safety and operational guidelines within the printing facility.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Printer or similar role within a print shop or production environment.
• Familiarity with various printing techniques (digital, offset, large format).
• Ability to understand technical drawings, layouts, and job sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift materials when needed.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of printing software (e.g., RIP software, Adobe suite) are considered an asset.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Education:

• Secondary level of education or equivalent.
• Technical or vocational training in printing or graphic production will be considered an advantage.
